From January 2025 I will be working alongside Victoria Marsden, editor of the popular weekly Town & Country Notebook column in Country Life magazine to write a piece about a food or drink grown, farmed, brewed or cooked in each county of the UK. There are 92 of them, so this project will take me the best part of two years to complete. I like a challenge.
We are going in alphabetical order, and I am sure I will be find some counties very tricky to write about. If you have any suggestions for future counties not yet written about, or alternatives to the foods and drinks already published, please let me know in the comments.
